That Which Gave Chase feels like a metaphorical journey for a group of people deciding to try hallucinogens. Babbdi's uneven cross reminds me of a set of scales, perhaps a comparison between the presumably nicer megalopolis and the extreme poverty of Babbdi's enclosure.

I feel very bad for Ryan :(. I have a girlfriend with Schizophrenia and am developing Schizoid Personality Disorder myself, so I relate to stories like that more than most people do. The thing that makes me sad is that all these people need is love and attention, but since they are seen as "crazy" by society they often don't get the help they deserve. There isn't a scientific cure for Schizophrenia, but I'll let you in on a little secret: it can be cured, or rather, put at bay for extended periods of time. I spend as much time as I can with my girlfriend and we love each other very much. As long as I'm with her, she is influenced by her affliction very little. I also believe that it's helping my SPD to be growing much more slowly than it would without her. Society needs to change how we view people with mental health issues. When we see someone like Ryan who is saying that he's getting harassed 24/7 by voices, we either attempt to give it validation, or completely dismiss him as insane. In reality neither of these work, in one scenario you are only influencing the disease to grab hold of him even more, and in the other you are blatantly denying him the help he needs. Now obviously we can't help everybody, but if there's someone in your life with something like this, there are things you can do. Just spend time with them! Be loving, even when it's hard! Get other friends and family to assist you, and rally support for them. You can overcome it, and you can influence others' lives for the better. We just need to start trying. Love the video btw <3

I'm glad you enjoy because I hate empty games, playing minecraft, silent hill any of those bleak sad empty games just fills me with this sense of boring loneliness. I don't play games to escape the world, I play them interact with the world and add a different social angle. Props to you though, I just can't do it.

When I watched the beginning of the video, I decided it would be a good idea to recommend BLAME! in the comments and then it turned out that the video had a segment about this manga. I'm not sure it was worth spoiling some interesting moments of the manga in the video :DD BLAME! is a very strange experience. In some sense, perhaps even sad. But interestingly, quite inspiring. At least I was very inspired by this manga. I'm glad more people are learning about this manga. I highly recommend reading it. If you read BLAME! I advise you to read various additions to this manga. For example, the prequel "NOISE" which can shed light on what is happening. But read "NOISE" only after the main manga. Do not watch anime from Netflix (unless you have read the manga and its additions and are interested in what the anime based on this manga looks like). They for some reason decided that it would be a great idea to start their anime in the middle of the story and finish it before the manga story ends. Great video!
